Our Story
We are a small team of associates that have collaborated in industry for 20-30 years, worked for the leading consultancies and delivered the largest and most complex transformations around the globe. All our associates believe in our customer obsessed philosophy but want the freedom of choosing which clients they work for, to not only add value but to also make a difference to the people they work with.

Jamshaid Anwar
Founder & CEO
Jamshaid is a leader that believes in staying in touch with delivering transformation, he has first-hand experience of delivering large corporate programmes to FTSE100 clients in the UK and global markets, with 30+ years background of strategy and technology consultancy. He has used this hands-on approach to constantly innovate the services his companies and departments deliver to the market thereby driving on-going value.
He has held senior roles that include: MD, CTO, Practice Director (AWS, CRM and Contact Centre Solution teams), Head of Enterprise Architecture and Head of software development.
This has equipped him to effectively engage at all levels of client organisations with a first-hand understanding of business drivers for delivery of major transformation initiatives.
Outside work, he is an active community worker having been engaged in several projects over the last 5 years. He is a judge at the annual UK CX awards, and a regular author for Customer Think Magazine. He loves spending time with his children and grandchildren and enjoys long country walks to stay healthy.
Faraz Khan
Director of Strategic and Business Advisory
Faraz holds a Master of Engineering (Honours) in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College in London and has a big 4 strategic advisory background. He has had a successful entrepreneurial career having co-founded and sold multiple market leading Customer experience technology companies: CoolHarbour delivering AWS Contact Centre solutions, ProtoCall-One (established with 20% of Genesys U.K market share), Active agent and Reginae. Faraz is also a Director at Spektyv a systems integrator focused on delivering AI solutions to optimise the customer and workforce experience in contact centres. These have equipped Faraz with diverse strategic insights that deliver successful business outcomes to corporate clients.
Stephen Gray
Director of Digital and Transformation
Stephen has a specialist focus on strategy across the digital place. He is an experienced digital transformation and fibre/5G infrastructure consultant and delivery director and works in support of 5G and LFFN programmes, adding commercial and technical experience to clients.
He supports organisations on strategic change, technology enablement and place based strategies for digital transformation and the deployment of 5G and fibre that enable smart places and cities. He develops strategies and investments cases that drive external funding campaigns and organisational transformation programmes.
He combines both an astute commercial view of digital transformation – a Digital ROI – and an ability to innovate and help clients to re-think and ‘disrupt’ service delivery. Stephen is recognised as a leader and innovator in the creation of new commercials models, an ability to design and establish new service models and create entities that benefit not only the client but also promote wider economic growth.
